El Fuego Restaurant

SoI recently visited here and enjoyed a decent meal. I ordered the enchiladas, generously topped (not filled) with flavorful meat and a delicious green sauce. The side of refried beans complemented the dish well. My partner opted for the chimichanga and was pleased with her choice. While nothing particularly stood out, the prices were reasonable, and the service was good. We also noted the appealing prices for margaritas, making a return visit a possibility.

We had such a great late lunch. The food was amazing. Really good price for what you get. Rating lower on service; our waiter must have been mentally checked out. He barely checked on us...never offered refills or more drinks from the bar. However, he did get everything right. So there's that. We will still be back for more. It's cute quaint and beautiful outdoors. Food was delicious 😋.

first time here and loved this place. The house Margarita is so good and their food was delicious. Great portion sizes and quick service. I love the fact that they have an indoor AND outdoor seating area as well. Also love that there’s a parking lot which isn’t often in Nashville where it’s free. Check it out and let me know what you think of it!!!

The food here is subpar at best. I don't understand all the positive reviews. My husband ordered the alambre with steak and I ordered the pupusas. The alambre was not prepared authentically. The steak pieces were too big and it didn't come with bell pepper. And there was barely any cheese on it. The meat itself didn't have much seasoning and there were some tough bits. The pupusas weren't that great either. The cheese completely come out of them and they were too soggy. Don't recommend this place.

My husband and I chose to dine here based on the great reviews, but unfortunately our experience fell short. The host was extremely friendly, so I'll give them that. I ordered the chicken enchiladas....they arrived with the chicken on top of enchiladas. That has to be a first for me. The whole top layer was covered in cilantro vs a simple garnish. Also, the actual enchiladas were extremely doughy and thin. Basically just a warm tortilla with melted cheese inside. The chicken had a good flavor, so I ate that, but the rest was a loss to me. While I was encountering my strange enchiladas, my husband did not receive his food. He didn't receive his food until I was completely done with my meal! He ordered the fajitas...which were served without tortillas! Another first. We did get some upon request. Sadly, we received the bill to find no sort of discount for the slow service and we didn't feel like being jerks, so we paid it. Not worth the money. We would've had a better meal at Taco Bell. Wouldn't recommend.
